"Upgrade Failed." This is an absolute useless app. Got a brand new Chubby Buttons but cannot upgrade firmware (tried removing battery, re-pairing, again and again).
Need Google account to use app. Company not responsive to my concerns. Finally got it to work with my phone but can't update without app can't open app without Google acvount.
It worked and took 20secs to update the firmware. Thanks
This is an unreasonable step for the customer. Are you just farming for data. Update the firmware before you ship the product.
I cannot get mine to work and they are not replying to any of my messages. Stay away from this company they take your money and you never hear from them aggain!'
