SITE PATROLI is an online security patrol application for guards in maintaining the security of assets at Daihatsu Gorontalo which is complete with panic button features and attendance and works based on the use of a QR-Code. The guard scans the QR-Code placed on the asset location and the monitoring center will get a location map and real-time information about patrol activities, photos, incidents, events and also guard absences. Every time a Qr-Code is scanned, the information is sent to the QR-Patroli application via the internet network and staff take direct control of the building and assets in all locations where the QR-Code is placed. Each guard on patrol is armed with a unique smartphone technology. Guards can manage all their work through their smartphones and complete patrols with full control of incidents. Inspections and patrols are enhanced with the ability to attach images and notes to scanned items. In addition, custodians can immediately notify facility managers who are responsible for monitoring assets and locations. All types of assets, locations and buildings can be assigned under complete control as facilities managers and staff can handle a lot of information for each client from just one location.
