The service is very responsive and easy to work with. The actual app is kinda clunky, though. Overall, great service.
Went through entire setup process to find out it's not available
I would love to use this app! It's a great idea. However, the schedule isn't very flexible- I work in the service industry and NEVER have time to go to the laundromat, and my weekends are Sunday/Monday. I will never be home for drop off on Tuesday and my laundry would be sitting outside for 8 hrs at night. I wish there was a Sunday pickup time, or even any other night of the week besides just Monday and Wednesday. I also have a hard time with a THREE hour window for pickup- if it was within an hour I would find that doable, but that's a long time to sit at home when you need to be getting things done on your day off. I wish there were more available options for timing. Overall I love this idea and am excited about it, but I hope it becomes a bit more flexible as it develops. As of right now, I am not able to use this service.
