Were a team of scientists and designers exploring new ways to challenge the brain and advance cognitive research. Lumosity Premium subscriptions are charged through your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and period selected above unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings after purchase. Good app however, their terms and conditions are teribble. One must be a lawyer to navigate through them and understand. Their customer contact is terrible and only through email. The auto renewal requirement is terrible, not an easy way to stop auto-renewal (have not found the way yet). One must wait just before the renewal to cancel it. The ethical thing to do would be to give you that choice upon sign up. Only a shady company will result into this kind of method to take your money. Shame!!!
I had brain damage due to covid;even my speech therapist recommended this. I lost words, my memory,and I stuttered. this was invaluable tool for the last year; as I could monitor and even see what areas I was having problems with . i still use it to this day, and I'm thrilled to report my scores are going up every day as it challenges my mind.
They don't answer their phone, you can't leave a message. They don't answer email, they don't respond to Facebook messenger and they don't respond to their Facebook wall postings. They are great about taking money out of your checkbook and not making your account paid with full accessibility. I have used this for years but I don't think anyone is home anymore. I will be starting a fraudulent purchase on my credit card.
`Finally! An educational, FUN, variety filled game app for adults! Wish the game reached out with more for free, such as once you've played a game it's unlocked for the duration. Instead of only on the days it comes up with the free part. I would love to have the premium package, but times are tough. My WISH! Excellent app! Love it! I burn the batteries on both my phone and tablet whenever I play!
