Use UptoPlay to play online the game Memo - Dual-N-Back Memory Training.
Simply press the eye icon only when you see the same square turn red that did 2 turns ago, for level 2. For level 3, press the eye icon only when it's the same square that turned red 3 turns ago, and so on.
At the same time, press the sound icon only when you hear the same letter that you heard 2 turns ago, for level 2. For level 3, press the sound icon only when you hear the same letter you heard 3 turns ago, and so on.
Memo is the only brain game with research indicating that getting better at this task will make you better at other cognitive tasks unrelated to it.
You choose your own level. You choose how many turns per game. You can get immediate feedback on each turn.

It is easy to get a high score by doing nothing. It would be nice if the app included only when there should be a match when scoring, scoring mismatches only if you improperly marked them as a match.
This is the n-back app you are looking for. It's sleek, is night-mode-only, and has no ads. UI was a little confusing for the first six seconds but if you can't figure it out you're probably not the target market.
It's unclear how to navigate the UI. Pressing buttons to start and play the game feels unresponsive. When you finish playing a game, it doesn't show your scores- you must navigate to the scores section.
Best dual-n-back mobile app out I have tried, sleak and customizable. Although a request to the developer: please add the very usefull feature of being able to change the time between different "turns" as you call them. I would pay for this app if it was done. Question to other readers: are there mobile n-back apps where you can do this?
works very well if more options and settings are added will change to five stars for example allow the ability to customize beyond number of trials and n, such as the ability to adjust the delay between each trial to speed up the trials etc'
