Doesn't even open, last update was 5 years ago. Very disappointing in 2021 to not have a functioning app (and barely a functioning website). An insurance company making ludicrous amounts of money of their customers and they don't even keep their services up-to-date.
I use to be able to use this app, now it won't even open. Useless. I will be deleting it. The app is up to date but I get a service error when trying to open it. Doesn't work.
Problems with ID card. Can't save image. Really limits functionality, particularly in rural areas with no data.
App sits on first screen and says it is loading or click below to connect. Nothing loads and clicking below doesn't work. App is worthless.
A multi billion company can you update the app that they push on you all the time. BlueCross BlueShield is one of the worst insurance companies but yet we hardly have anything pick from.'
