I am having a blast using this app. With the lockdowns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, movement is highly restricted. The app enables me take care of my immediate health needs. It brings the Doctors to me since I can't go to them. Even without the lockdown, it saves time since minor illnesses can be taken care of without the need of visiting a physical hospital.
This app is very intresting and can always be improved upon based on users experience. For now, i have not been able to talk to a doctor cos i search for specialised ones but no result. I gues they should up thier game and put all their resources in a functional state to ease the user experience.
Finding it difficult to sign up via the app especially on the password part, tried several characters but still get same response , none of the passwords I chose was approved. Damn it, this is frustrating and I need an urgent response and answer to my ptoblem.
The app is really good and straight forward once i wa able to login. I was even able to talk to a doctor even before my account was completely set
I tried activating it but it never did. It kept popping up "enter valid email address" even after i tried using my three emails to activate it. All my emails are valid'
