As soon as I open the app, I get an error saying it can't load my account. I tried to login with my phone number and the code to verify doesn't work. Tried it a few times. This app needs fixing. I'm surprised no one has updated it since December when there are so many issues and it's tied to a medical organisation. I'll update this review if it gets fixed.
Doesn't work. Error message re inability to load profile received even before an account is established. Verification SMS messages are not received when trying to set up account. I note that these have been ongoing issues since early 2021 which developed seems to ignore.
Useless app. To log in you have to enter mobile no. and a code is supposed to be sent to your phone. However, message pops up saying it failed. Same message every time you retry.
The app was working fine when I initially set it up. But coming back to it after a month it crashes every time I click on Pathology to see all my blood test results. Please fix it otherwise it is useless.
This has got to be the worst app. I can't register, verification codes doesn't arrive on time. after requesting to resend the codes and it eventually arrives, an error indicating it was the wrong code . So frustrating."
