Pretty good, could use some tweaks for mobile. The user profile button in the upper right doesn't do much. It appears to only be for logging out which is also in the left menu. I'd remove the user profile button. Also many of the pages are not contained to my mobile screen width and expand off to the right. Getting these into containers constrained to the screen width would greatly improved the experience.

Currently seems more like a web app the a phone app. The UI is not laid out for a phone screen and doesn't seem to be touch first navigation. Scheduling of appointments is not well done, can not see a clear path to COVID testing (added 7/29, for appt after 8/9), and use of abbreviation during to process of scheduling with out clear descriptions even with screen space for them make things more difficult in the occupational section.

I was logged out at least two times in the span of a few minutes while actively using the app. Later I log in to check stuff and then close the app. When I reopen it a few hours later, I'm still logged in. You somehow managed to combine the worst evils of using auto-logout with the worst evils of not using it. Amazing.

`Bloody awful. Trying to upload a photo of a vaccination card gets repeated "you've been logged out due to inactivity" prompts. Unistalled, reinstalled, same issues. If the creators of this app ever make a flying machine, do yourself a favor and walk instead. Helpful hint to creators: Test before launching. Helpful hint to users: Don't even bother.`,

Terrible. Requires 2-factor for login, doesn't allow fingerprint login, logs you out for inactivity after a few seconds. Please pull this app and recode it. Even the hated SaferBadgers app was much better."
