This app enables you to:
-find the name of the plant you are looking at by just taking a picture
-for instance find all climbing plants that attract bees and have a flowering period in June and July
-create a list of your favorite plants with your own notes and pictures

For recognizing plants using a picture the Plant guide connects tot the PlantNet search engine.
All your picture searches are stored in an archive, and can be be revisited at anytime.

The plant guide contains 12.828 different species of plants, described by a large number of characteristics, which can be used to search plants.
Create any query using the following characteristics:
- name
- type
- height
- specials like: fruit, vegetable, herb, butterflies, bees, ground cover, poisonous, climbing, rampant
- shade
- base color
- leaf color
- evergreen
- flowering period
- soil
- PH soil
- hardy

A plant can be marked as favorite.
You can add your own notes (with text, links to websites and pictures) to your favorite plants.
Use the notes to describe how to take care of plant, or to create a log-book to document the growth of a plant.
Each note can have a title, a description and a picture.
For each note the last modification date is always shown.

Easily continue searching for more information about a plant on the internet with just a single click.

In case a location is known for a picture it is possible to view the location on a map.
Also for the plant picture searches you can find back the location.
