This service is an online service facility for applicants for public information as a form of implementing public information disclosure in the Padang State Polytechnic Environment. In order to improve services to the public regarding the disclosure of public information, the Government issued Law no. 14 of 2008. In this law it is stated that the right to obtain information is a human right and the disclosure of public information is one of the important characteristics of a democratic country that upholds the sovereignty of the people to realize good state administration.

Disclosure of public information is a means of optimizing public oversight of the administration of the state and other public bodies and everything that affects the public interest. Public information management is one of the efforts to develop an information society. Therefore, Padang State Polytechnic has appointed PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officer) who will provide information about Padang State Polytechnic.
