TO USE AT HOME:

YOUR WIRELESS NETWORK:
-\tYou'll need to set up your wireless network and wired connection yourself, but don't worry it's simple. You'll find lots more help on your TiVo box in > Help & Settings > Help.

RCN needs to go back and start over on this one. App is difficult to install and almost worthless if you get it up and running. I have second home with tv service from a competitor and this other company makes it easy to watch live tv on my system. It can be done when the provider recognizes that this feature will help its business.
Absolute trash. You can't even stream through the app. All you can use it for is as a TV guide. You have to install each networks app and watch the shows on there. This app is nothing but a waste of space on my phone. Deleted within 5 minutes. Also, all the reviews get the same auto generated responses. Makes it seem like RCN just flat out doesn't even care
Tried logging in with a Galaxy S10+, S8, and even a factory reset Moto G5 Plus that was gathering dust in a storage box. It's a network error for every device and clearly every other user/reviewer is dealing with the same issue. If you think this only happening for newer Android versions, the G5 Plus is on Android 8.1.0 and I still can't log in. 9/8 EDIT: App is working again. I use it just as a remote and it's doing fine in that regard. A little laggy, but that's okay!
No longer works how it used to. Cannot record shows remotely, the time is not correct, etc. Disappointing, like the new Android TV boxes. Unfortunately, your suggestions below didn't help. Still cannot schedule recordings remotely like before. Thanks anyway. Sad that all of these one star reviews get the same response.
its O.K. I can watch my recorded shows in my room when its getting late and I don't want to stay in the living room but the experience isnt the best. the fwd and rewinding is tough, the dact that you cant do picture in picture while on your phone so you can multi task is also not ideal. The fact that you cant cast to a Chromecast or firestick also sucks."
