ROT13 is a simple cipher that replaces a letter by the letter 13 positions further in the alphabet. ROT1 to ROT25 ciphers work on the same principle. ROT47 uses 94 characters in ASCII to rotate 47 positions.

ROT13+ allows you to use these ciphers to encrypt and decrypt any text.

ROT13+ works too with Cyrillic Alphabet (only ROT1 to ROT25).
