Two stars is more than this app deserves. Only reason I give it two stars is because for the most part it does work....unless i try to buy a song. I do not have the bundles or anything. I just buy single songs. However, buying songs ...flip a coin if i can even get into the store. Flip the coin again if i can actually buy the song. Right now, i bought blaze of glory....waiting for the file to be fixed so i can play online it.
Without a doubt the worst app I have on my phone I have no idea why they switched to this Sprint music plus but it's terrible. About half of my songs that I've downloaded stop in the middle and crash. My home screen also takes way too long to load sometimes up to 2 minutes it's completely aggravating I wish they would do something about it
so I have had this app since they came out with it and it has never given me any problems, until about 6 months ago. I have called three times, they where still charging me for two of the bundle services you pay for. The one thing they say is supposed to be fixed but still has not gotten fixed is the app itself. It just keeps saying some kind of error and then goes to my songs I have already purchased and want let me go to buy any new songs or ringtones and it want let me sign back up.
I've been having trouble with this app for years! I'm disgusted! I've called cust. svc numerous times to help fix the problem. I've gotten many different responses & ways of how to resolve the issue, but it had yet to be resolved! The cust. rep tells me to restart my phone, that it's definitely fixed, then wants to hang up. I'll repeated ask if it'll work, because nothing else has, they say yes. I hang up, restart phone & nothing!!! Back to square one!!!!
They offer a Ringback Subscription that DOES NOT WORK. They continue to offer it when it is impossible to subscribe. Kept getting errors trying to re-subscribe and was on "chat support" for almost 2 hours with an escalation just to be told the service is no longer available and they are looking for a replacement service. I am DONE!'
