Since following last few weeks, all the vegetables and fruits are out of stock, sending messages on the app but always says pending, having 200+ balance in account but still no way to get it back, worst that not responding to customer on time
Not good experience so far. Quality of Veg/fruits was not good. Moreover they found at time of packing that few things they can't deliver and refunded money in app itself. No way to get it back into account. Followed up twice to get refund after promise from them but nothing happened yet. They need to improvise and work a lot to win customer trust
Very nice app and food quality is also good but If we did not receive our order, there is no contact number to whom we can contact that we have not received the delivery. Today I have received the message that your order has been delivered but there was nothing outside the door and my neighbours also did not received it then why that message came that your order has been delivered? And there are no contact details, whom I should contact that where my order has been delivered? Please suggest!
This application and team has really good team. But lately, since last few months, the subscription for milk has been stopped(like the program doesn't allow to subscribe further). So would like to know if it would restart and what's the reason behind?
Very bad experience. Have order food multiple times. When you order food the order amount would be different and when its delivered it increase. Like Rs. 20-30 increase is fine but everytime i placed order it kept increasing and last time i placed the order they increased the total amount by Rs. 87. When u give feedback they just ignore n close ticket without any information mentioning that they discussed with you. They already charged double the market price but then too increase final amount'
