Can't login. Doesn't recognize my desktop login account. Tried a password reset (originating inside the app) but it says it doesn't recognize the email address I used in the desktop to establish my account - ie. can't do a reset. So ... I'm stuck.
There is no way to change your password. If you forgot your password, you are assigned a temporary password and told to go my profile to change it. There's no way to change the password on that page!
