A little history about the game:
Also known as Tunk, Texas Tunk or Knot it is a kind of knock rummy card game that has now become wildly popular in the US. It was popular with blues and jazz musicians in southern Louisiana in the 1930s and 1940s, including Duke Ellington's orchestra, and was played during breaks in the back rooms of bars.
Tonk League has all the rules of the original card game and while is it played with 5 cards it is somewhat similar to Gin Rummy.
