Waifu2x ncnn: Image upscaler play online

It runs on your own devices locally, and doesn't require you to upload any images to some remote servers.

What is processed on your devices, always stays on your devices.

It supports the famous image upscale / denoise models: CUNet / UpConv-Photo / UpConv-Anime / RealCUGAN models.
(Currently, RealCUGAN has some tiling problems. If you find it serious to you, please enable the "Process Image as a Whole" mode in settings)

- 1. The google play service and ads SDK still needs network access.
- 2. More models including RealSR, Real-ESRGAN will be ported in the future.
- 3. The actual elapsed time depends on device performance.
- 4. It is known that it might not work for some low/mid-end and non-standard Android devices. For example, Windows Subsystem for Android, Chromebook. The expected behaviors contains but are not limited to: blank process result, crash during processing. For those devices which receives blank result during GPU mode processing, try to use CPU mode and see if it works.

Note: This may be caused by an out-of-date GPU driver. If you can the GPU driver for your device (either by flashing a newer ROM or using a GPU driver update module), please try to do so first if you meet processing errors. And this is how I solve the GPU processing problems on my Redmi 3S. :)
